ISO Dynamic™ Flooring
The only seismic-rated access flooring designed to STAND ON ITS OWN!
Design Flexibility
The structure does not require bracing against interior walls. Changes to the floor layout can be made easily, avoiding a costly shutdown. More uptime saves your company time and money.
High Lateral Stability
Removing tiles or sections of the floor is possible due to the heavy-duty substructure. This can be done without the usual risk of floor shifting or collapse.
Heavy Load Capacity
The ISO-Dynamic™ floor surpasses weight loads of up to 2,500 LBs. This is due to the modular steel tubing substructure.
Greater Underfloor Access
A 4′ grid means there are fewer upright pedestals. Our heavy-duty design requires no additional seismic bracing frames.
Simple and Fast Installation
The modular welded components are easily connected with bolts. Additionally, instead of completing an entire facility, a phased buildout is possible. This is because of the modular design as well as its ability to stand on its own.
Seismic Rated Substructure
The substructure of the ISO-Dynamic™ floor exceeds seismic zone 4 requirements. You can place heavy items such as CRAC and HVAC units directly onto the raised floor without additional seismic support stands.
NextGen Ball-N-Cone™ Isolators
The patented isolators exceed NEBS GR-63 Core requirements. They dramatically reduce vibration transfer into sensitive equipment from seismic, blast, or building-induced vibrations.
Multiple Floor Heights
The ISO-Dynamic™ modular design comes in heights up to 48”. Also, we are happy to design a floor of custom heights.
Low-Rise Version
A reduced-height version (6″) is available for rooms with low ceilings. The low-rise version is ideal for creating a safe and level floor for placing equipment. It is still possible to place cabling and cooling under the floor in the Low-Rise version.
Floor Tile Compatibility
The system requires the use of floor tiles in either 24” x 24” or 600mm x 600mm sizes. Custom equipment frames and cover plates are available.
