Test Reports

WorkSafe Technologies has conducted numerous shake table tests and report analysis to validate the effectiveness of our isolation systems and fastening methodologies. The list of shake table testing includes, The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CERL), Canadian Government Standards testing (PWGSC), Japan Quality Assurance (JQA), Tsukuba Science City Japan, NCREE in Taiwan, Duke University, University of Nevada Reno, University of British Columbia (UBC), and Portland State University. All of our isolation systems testing has included from Individual Single Axis Tests (X-Y-Z), to measure displacement capacity and vibration reduction, to Six Degree of Freedom tests, with each axis operating simultaneously. Our testing has been done on single platforms as well as multi-ganged platforms and flooring. Simulations have been run using actual live computer server racks and similar equipment to simulate real world conditions. Other tests have been done to show the negative effects of anchor bolting vs. isolation with videos shown here. Please contact us if you would like more information on our product testing.
